Licensed medical providers including RNs, NPs, PAs, and physicians practicing within their state scope.

To begin a career in aesthetic medicine, you must first hold a valid medical license that allows you to perform cosmetic injections within your state’s scope of practice (such as RN, NP, PA, or physician). Most providers start by completing foundational training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, followed by hands-on experience and continued mentorship. My trainings are designed to support both new injectors learning core skills and experienced providers looking to refine their technique or expand into new treatment areas.

In most cases, injectable product is not included in the training fee. This allows trainees to select the products they prefer to work with and keeps overall training costs lower. Product can typically be purchased through your own account with aesthetic suppliers, or arrangements may be made in advance if assistance is needed. All details will be discussed prior to your training date so you can plan accordingly.
-
Trainees are encouraged to bring their own models, as these are often patients or individuals they feel comfortable treating. Models should be healthy adults who understand they will be treated in a training environment.
Many trainees successfully find models by:
Posting on social media
Reaching out to existing patients
Offering model pricing for treatments
If needed, guidance can be provided on how to recruit models and schedule them throughout the day. In some cases, assistance with model sourcing may also be available depending on the training format.

Yes. A limited number of shadowing opportunities are available for providers who want to observe a typical treatment day before committing to a full hands-on training. Shadowing allows you to see patient consultations, treatment planning, injection techniques, and clinic workflow in a real-world setting. While shadowing does not include hands-on injecting, it can be a great way to gain insight into aesthetic practice and determine which training option may be the best fit for you.
Shadowing Details
Observational experience during a typical clinic day
Opportunity to ask questions throughout the day
Exposure to consultations, injections, and patient follow-up processes
Shadowing Fee: $500
If you later book a private training, this fee can be applied toward your training cost. -
Yes. Learning aesthetic medicine does not end after one training day, and continued support can make a significant difference as you begin treating patients independently. All trainees receive post-training support, allowing you to ask questions, discuss cases, and troubleshoot treatment plans as you gain experience.
For providers who would like more structured guidance, extended mentorship options may also be available. This can include case reviews, virtual check-ins, and continued education on advanced techniques and patient management.
My goal is to ensure that providers leave training feeling confident, supported, and equipped to safely grow their aesthetic practice.
